I wish I could give Erica's Plumbing zero stars. They were the worst company we have ever used. They sent a ten-year experienced technician to snake my house and then use a camera to investigate the problem. He took videos and pictures but was unable to determine the exact issue since nothing was visible on the camera. Despite this, they charged us a staggering $11,000 and gave an estimate of $8,000 without even knowing the exact problem, which we found ridiculous. We called Fast Plumbing for a second opinion, and they fixed the problem in just two hours. The issue was that our pipes were clogged and needed cleaning, something Erica's Plumbing apparently didn't know how to do. I highly recommend Fast Plumbing, the best company ever. Our experience with Erica's Plumbing was terrible.

BEWARE!! Do yourself a favor and find another company. This one will just rob you.When I made the appointment for leak detection and estimate for repair I was told there would be a price range up to $528 depending on how extensive the search would be. Not true! They charged top dollar to walk around taking pictures for 10 min and used nothing but a cell phone and tablet. Even the receipt states "tech will locate leak with electronic leak detection equipment & sonic leak detection up to 3 hours". The actual location of the leak wasn't even pin pointed but just narrowed down to within an 80 foot stretch.When I called to discuss how unfair this price was , I was told the owner would be calling me back. Instead a "customer service rep' calls and says basically that the agreement was signed and nothing else can be done. I'm wasn't looking to get something for free but certainly a fair price for what was done. Someone walking around for 10 minutes using no detection equipment should never have cost anywhere near $500.

Company repaired my kitchen floor slab leak, removed mold and rebuilt kitchen--the project lasted about 1.5 years. Going with one company seemed like a good idea to fix the slab leak and rebuild my kitchen under one contract...with water leaking all over my kitchen I signed the contract out of desperation to fix and ease--at best, I should have only fixed the slab leak, then shop around to do everything else.The company is very OVER PRICED, very expensive for regular ordinary repairs or replacements when compared to other companies. Owner is very hard to work with and seemed to have anger tantrums, moods and took business issues personally, if anything didn't go her way--she has a BULLYING personality.This company LIED to county inspectors to pass inspections and failed to apply for a plumbing permit, which would leave me holding the bag should something go wrong in the future; the project FAILED multiple county inspections for work they performed.Most communications were done via email, even when I pleaded to speak to someone over the phone; and, if the owner seemed to have any issue with my concerns, I didn't get any responses from anyone or returned phone messages.I DO NOT believe this company is good at restoration, they are over priced for their work, they have trouble passing county inspections and the company owner is extremely temperamental and great at pointing fingers at everyone and everything but not herself.

My insurance hired them to come to my house to do a leak detection and they were not only punctual but extremely nice and friendly from the phone consultation and appointment scheduling to Sean who came to my house and detected the problem in minutes.
