Fred is our Service Manager and has been with the company for 15 years. He has vast knowledge of both residential and commercial plumbing systems. He started in new construction, but found his calling in service. He enjoys helping customers each and every day. He is Nexstar certified, backflow certified, Uponor certified, and much more. He is a family man and loves pets. He enjoys spending time with his 7 year old daughter, 3 year old son, fishing and hunting.

Tiffany is a dispatcher who has been with the company for 9 years. She is seasoned in many roles and has grown from customer service to senior dispatcher by being highly efficient and extremely dedicated. She is married with two children. She enjoys watching football and loves her dogs! She is highly trained and dedicated to ensuring the best customer experience. You may not always talk to her on the phone but she is always working in the background to service our clients. She is awesome and we love Tiffany!

Coming from a close-knit family with two sisters—one older and one younger—and an older brother, Angelina values teamwork and responsibility. She is also the daughter of Erica, the owner of the company, and is proud to be learning the trade from the ground up. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, surfing, and spending time outdoors. We’re excited to support her growth as she builds a strong future in the trades.

Customer Service Representative
Chrissy joined the Erica’s team in the summer of 2025 and quickly became a valued part of our office. A proud mom of four (five if you count her husband), Chrissy brings warmth, organization, and a great sense of humor to her role. When she’s not working, she loves traveling, seeking new adventures, and taking motorcycle rides with her husband. Her hobbies include beachcombing for shark teeth and sea glass, collecting craft supplies she fully intends to use someday, and collecting cats—earning her the title of “crazy cat lady in training.” We’re happy to have Chrissy on our team and know our customers enjoy her friendly, caring approach.

Hex joined our team in August and plays an important role in delivering exceptional customer service. With over a decade of experience as a bartender, Hex brings excellent communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities to every customer interaction. Outside of work, Hex enjoys going to concerts, watching baseball, working out, and playing guitar. At home, Hex spends time with their partner-in-crime, Zee, and their two cats, Asphalt and Fritz. In addition to his work in the office, Bruno is actively learning the plumbing trade through hands-on field experience, allowing him to better understand and support our customers and technicians. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the beach, being on boats, and fishing—fully embracing the salt-life lifestyle. He’s also dedicated to training MMA and staying active in the gym. Family is extremely important to Bruno, and many may know his mom, Erica, along with his sister and Sky, who are a strong and supportive part of his life. We’re proud to have Bruno growing with our team.
