I needed Erica’s plumbing to come by the house and replace cast iron pipes in my master bathroom (60 year old house) that failed. In parallel with the replacement they needed to help with the bathroom renovation that included creating a shower where a closet resided as well as a toilet and vanity connection.

I used another Plumbing service in the past, but Erica's is the most professional. Next-day appointments available with email reminders. I love that they send a photo of the employee so you know who will be in your home. Fred installed a new water heater. He works quickly, is very neat and answered all my questions. We were able to request him when we had a drain issue. He fixed it and gave us some excellent ideas about a future bathroom renovation. I highly recommend Erica's plumbing...is the only plumbing service we call.

Excellent service! Reasonable price. The customer service representative and the dispatcher were sympathetic to our problem. They sent Dakota, the service technician, out right away. He fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and he checked the other pipes to make sure everything was working well. Great job! I would definitely recommend Erica’s Plumbing to others.

Found a leak from my Slab, I called a few plumbers and one of them was Erica's. Sean Rossi and his dad came to look and we went over options to resolve. Their approach to my issue and reasoning to find the right decision was most helpful. They did the job in the time estimated and left the work site neat and clean except for the holes they had to open tun run the new piping. The holes are neat, and square and expose studs on both sides. The leak was stopped, a new pip ran and now we can move on to getting the water cleanup done. As long as it's not leaking anymore I can deal with it. Professional, neat, priced well.
